Peanut Butter, Banana & Honey Toast

  • 1-2 TB Peanut Butter (organic, single ingredient: roasted peanuts)
  • Raw Honey
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Slice Whole Wheat Toast (my favorite is from Calandra's Bakery in NJ, only 4 ingredients: stone ground whole wheat flour, purified water, salt and yeast)


  1. Toast your bread
  2. Spread the peanut butter on one side
  3. Spread the honey on-top of the peanut butter
  4. Cut your banana in half, then again down the length and lay the pieces on-top of the honey layer (cutting them again down the length gives you a flat side to lay it on)
